1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Master Store services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Master Store provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

• We may impose limits on certain features and services
• Technical support is available to paying customers
• Service availability is not guaranteed 100%

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spam, phishing, or malicious software distribution
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Resource abuse that affects other users
• Hacking, cracking, or network attacks
• Adult content without proper age verification

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

• All fees are quoted in the currency displayed on our website
• Payments are due upon invoice creation
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Chargebacks will result in immediate service termination
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. If we fail to meet this uptime guarantee, customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

• Scheduled maintenance does not count against uptime
• Force majeure events are excluded from SLA
• Credits must be requested within 30 days of incident
• Maximum credit per month is 50% of monthly fee

6. Data Backup Responsibility

While we perform regular backups of our infrastructure, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Master Store is not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of these terms of service
• Illegal or abusive activities
• Security breaches or threats
• Court order or legal requirement

Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Master Store, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Master Store and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You retain all rights to your content, but grant us a license to host, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Master Store shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

10. Governing Law
